Wednesday's Weakness: Falling Leaves

There is nothing quite like leaves falling from the trees as the seasons change.
This is a peek of the family photos I took this past weekend....more photos coming soon!

Elsa | Maternity

If you have ever doubted that whole idea of pregnant women having that "glow", think again. If these pictures don't change your mind I don't know what will.

Elsa is an old family friend. My siblings and I used to go to her farm house to spend time with her sisters and run around like crazy kids and swim.  I contacted  her to see if she would be interested in helping me beef up my portfolio with some maternity pictures and lucky for me, she said yes.

We took all of these photos at her parent's farm house which was special for me to visit again, and the light was fantastic. There actually isn't a word to describe it so I will just shut up now and let you soak in all of Elsa's "glowingness".

I love, love that necklace.

This one below: my absolute favorite.

Elsa, I can't wait to meet Baby C or Baby M when he/she comes in January.

Nan + Jamie | Married

This wedding was really special for me as I got to photograph Nan and Jamie's engagement photos at the same place that they exchanged vows.

The day started out with thunder and rain and for a wedding you've planned to have outside, that is obviously less than ideal. Luckily for us, the weather cleared about an hour before the ceremony and all went perfectly well.

Nan makes jewelry and she handmade these bracelets for her bridesmaids. So sweet.

Loved the handmade fabric flowers.

Slightly obsessed with this photo below.

Beggar's Banquet catered the reception. I took a break from snapping pictures to eat and it was delicious.

I went a little ring shot crazy.

Gorgeousness.
I was so excited to see that they'd created a book with their engagement photos.
