Praying for Isaac.

One thing I've discovered since delving into the photog world is how much I love blogs. I once wrote this post telling you all of the various blogs that I liked to look at on a regular basis.

A few weeks ago I was stalking a few of my regular blogs and I read something about one of my favorite husband and wife photography teams. Stephanie Williams of This Modern Romance found out that her husband, Isaac, had a lime sized tumor in the middle of his brain. The tumor blurred his vision and for a photographer, that is the worst thing in the world; not being able to see your clients and not being able to do what you love. He has gone through surgery to have the tumor removed and has faced many complications. When I read his story here, I was just blown away and immediately began praying for Isaac.

Not too long after, Mindy and Daniel Coleman from Colemans In Love, had their sweet baby boy and you know what his name is? Isaac. Baby Isaac has gone through several surgeries and he is barely two weeks old. They are currently draining the fluid from his brain and working to fix his little hands as he was born with his radius bones. I posted about the strange love I felt for the Colemans in this post. It's hard not to love someone who shares your awesome last name. Mindy and Daniel have been so courageous throughout this whole experience and you can just see how much they love their little guy from reading the posts on their blog. I couldn't help but pray for baby Isaac too.

I don't know what it is and it is totally weird, but when you get a chance to read someone's blog, you feel a connection with them. I feel a connection with big Isaac and little Isaac and I just think it's the strangest thing that these two share the same name. A name that means "laughter".
