Homemade with Love.

I love making things from scratch. 

You could say that "homemade" is my middle name (along with procrastination but let's not talk about that...). 

I like making cakes from scratch. I grow plants. I knit. I make bread. Shoot, I'd make my own clothes if I knew how.

We live in a time in which people don't have to do as much for themselves as they once did.  A time in which we have an app for basically everything. It is a rarity, at least I have found, for a person to sit down and write a letter or knit a scarf.  

Knowing that a person went the extra mile to make something from scratch, warms my heart. One of my dorm moms learned how to crochet awhile ago and she made me this beautiful orange scarf. She finished her note by saying "Homemade with love" and I couldn't help but smile.
