I took photos of these two love birds and decided to try some new editing techniques on a few of their pictures.

Harper.

Last week, I got to take pictures of the sweetest and smartest little girl, Harper. Luckily for me she is extremely photogenic and she basically did all the work for me, I just pressed the shutter release. Oh and did I mention that soon I'll have 2 sweet girls to photograph because any day now, Harper is going to be a big sister?! I can't wait!

My brother Michael is a "gftdmuzician". He can play pretty much any instrument he picks up and he taught himself how to play the guitar. You should check out the video we're about to put up on the internet (Cover of KT Tunstall's 'Heal Over'). Anyway, he is going to go far and I will say that I took his first pictures thus allowing me to gain 5% of his profits when he's famous.

I love summer. Can't really say much else. On Thursday I had the privilege of going to the Orange County Fair to take pictures with the help of Jessica Deane of Jessica Deane Photography. I learned so much and we had a lot of fun and as an added bonus we got to finish the night by sharing a caramel apple :)












Father/Daughter picture. Mr. Hill and my dad both graduated from Woodberry Forest and now their daughters are graduating together. Preshhhhhhh.

So I've been pretty darn lazy these past couple of days and haven't taken any pictures. Perhaps if my summer was more exciting I'd have something interesting to share but being unemployed and all your friends being in school doesn't really give way for too many options. As a result, I thought I'd share this video by Joey Lawrence. Joey L is a great photographer and I'm pretty sure he's only 21 and his pictures are amazing. This video is hilarious.
